Weight : 378g. Description : This is yet another specimen which is far nicer than I've been able to capture. It is a very good example of sharply terminated crocoite in this rarer and more robust crystal habit. The crystals have top lustre and redder colour. There are minimal damaged crystals present and these are subtle and not obtrusive. It looks even better when standing up but I do not have a suitable stand to demonstrate this. $3,875.00 Added :

: 13.7cm x 1.8cm x cm.
Weight : 133g. Description : This is a very large old specimen from the Red Lead Mine. I was told that when purchased many years ago it actually came wrapped in newspaper dated 1905. Crocoite crystals of this size are very uncommon. They are almost always contact terminated on both ends, like this piece, as they completely cross the space in which they grew. There is a little bit of damage to some of the left hand end. The crystal has top lustre, is quite translucent and a more orange colour. $3,500.00 Added
